Change of plans?
We ask that you be respectful of us and and of our other patients by keeping appointments that you schedule. We understand that things come up and your plans may change, but we require 24 hours’ notice if you would like to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows another patient to utilize that appointment time. We reserve the right to charge your account $25 for late cancellation or no-show appointments. Please call us to discuss any extenuating circumstances. Patients who repeatedly cancel on short notice or no-show for their appointments may forfeit their ability to schedule future appointments in our office.
If you arrive late for an appointment you may be asked to reschedule. We cannot care for others in a timely manner if you arrive more than 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment time. You may also be subject to the above late cancellation charge. In turn, we will do our best to respect your time and will make every effort to see you on schedule. Please understand that there will be times when we are running behind schedule. It’s usually because another patient requires extra time and care.
